OneProposal is a tool for Upwork freelancers, operated by UnpauseAI (Akkton) from Karlsruhe, Germany. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. Plain language, no dark patterns.
Your account email, the profile fields you enter (voice, pricing, expertise), the briefs you submit for generation, the proposals we generate for you, and the Stripe customer and payment metadata needed to bill you.
Only to generate your proposals and bill you. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties beyond Anthropic (which generates the text) and Stripe (which processes payments). Anthropic processes your briefs under their standard API data terms; per their no-training policy for API customers, your inputs are not used to train their models.
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete it.
Under GDPR and CCPA you can request access, deletion, or export of your data at any time by emailing nicolas@unpauseai.com. We respond within 30 days.
