OneProposal is a service operated by UnpauseAI (Akkton) from Karlsruhe, Germany, that helps Upwork freelancers turn a job posting into a tailored cover letter and a hosted proposal page. By using the service you agree to these terms.
$5 per generated proposal, charged through Stripe. If a generation fails on our side, the credit is automatically refunded to your account.
Don't submit briefs you don't have the right to submit. Don't try to reverse-engineer or scrape the generation engine. Don't use OneProposal to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
OneProposal is offered on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific uptime or that any individual proposal will win you work.
Either side can terminate the relationship at any time. If we terminate your account without cause, we refund any unused credits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
